netflix has certainly bounced back

temporary
anytime you see a big dip you're gonna

the day it's certainly doing decent this
morning still hasn't made up
all it's lost but it made up a good
chunk of it yep data
a global research firm told fox business
that netflix churn or the amount of
customers who choose not to renew the
subscriptions
began to substantially increase
following the film's release
as of saturday the uh the firm found
that netflix's daily churn
reached a multi-year high and was nearly
eight times higher than levels observed
before
by the firm in august
so for all those who say these like
boycotts and
and stuff like that don't work it would
appear that they do and it would appear
that
lots of people are standing by
uh their word to um cancel netflix
yippit data believes the churn could
continue to grow in the coming days
as an online petition against the firm
has gained over 614 thousand signatures
as of monday evening the streaming giant
known for popular titles such as the
crown and house of cards
have seen the subscriber boom during the
lockout adding 10.1 million paid
memberships
in the second quarter up from 2.7
million in the same period the
year before netflix declined
to comment on yipitz data in a recent
interview with cnn
netflix ceo reed hastings was not asked
about the film
the film's controversy and last week the
company issued an apology for the
artwork associated with the film i
thought it was
pretty convenient the netflix ceo
appeared on cnn not once but
twice and was never asked about probably
the biggest
story around the company maybe ever
cnn didn't ask him about it i wonder why
i wonder why cnn news didn't ask
netflix about the obvious biggest news
on the planet now they came out and said

yeah but the trailer was out over a week
ago and it's been an issue ever since

them to investigate

executives or filmmakers
violated any federal laws against
production and distribution of child

now here's what was amazing i watched

sunday cnn brian stelter did an
interview with the founder and ceo
of netflix he just talked we just showed
you it's our job to gather the facts
to let the citizens make there was not
one question about cuties
can you think of any other story from
netflix recently nothing what hillary
swanks away she hasn't she hasn't been
relevant should she taped her titties
down to play a boy
the old boys don't cry titles wonder
give her an oscar since then nobody
cares
so the point is cuties is the story from
netflix
and brian stelter asked nothing his
argument was well you know what it was
pre-taped well guess what cuties was a
story
still even a few days ago a week earlier
he should at that point because before
it had been released he could have said
you know people are really worried about
this release of cuties because the
number one trends for weeks were hey
this could be a violation of child
pornography
the poster came out instead he didn't
ask but even worse than that is poppy
harlow who is very fetching i will give
her that uh did an interview
uh the next day i guess after the
pre-tip she didn't interview she didn't
ask about cuties
so two interviews from cnn the bastion
of truth facts first is their slogan
not a single question about the show
that has actually spurred demands for an
investigation into child pornography
distribution
and violation of laws and their stocks
just plummeted like whether you
think it is or not and we'll ask bill

where he lines up enough viewers think
it's an issue
yeah and keep in mind this is the same
time that governor gavin newsom just
signed a bill
into law where um they lowered sex
penalties for
uh sex offenders with uh who abused
minors so this is california like we
said slippery slope
there's no more slope anymore it's look
behind you the slope was slippery and
now it's eroded
it's gone it's completely i think it's
just a cliff at this point it's just
straight
yeah no there's no more cliff now the
cliff it's moved down like in tremors
so okay so this is i want to know where
you guys line up because i don't want to
send i try and avoid sensationalizing

looking for child porn law and i can't
find a law that says child porn
that's because it's more accurately
described in the word they actually use
is csam child sexual abuse
material because any act of filming a
child
in any of these types of situation is an
act of abuse
and circulating that material is another
form
of child sexual abuse so i actually
appreciate that that word is used
because there could be pornography that
is legal and there's all child
pornography however that term it's not a
it's not a legal term but however that
term is used definitely bad right the
reason we use the specific term is
because it's bad
and because it's also broader than just
pornography that would be absolutely
it gives us more protection of minors as
opposed to for example with pornography
if there's no consent obviously that's
illegal if there's an abuse of other
laws but you're saying with this
it's broad enough that any depiction of
sexual
activity well and the whole point is
because a child cannot consent right
because of the idea that well hormone
blockers but
that's another day yeah right i mean we
could just change their entire
biological makeup and it's totally fine
but you know
but separate and apart from the the the
definition
of the word c sam it's the question of
you know people often ask and actually
the
nick mc which is the national center for
endangered missing and endangered
children you know they often get
questioned federal authorities get a
question like oh man like my parents
took a
photo of me when i was like in the
bathtub or like as a very young kid
right
right and so there's one set of
categories of when you're actually
engaged in sexual acts
no question very you know always bad no
no question at all
then there's this question of how do you
have a test that decides when material
is lascivious enough is usually the word
used in most state and in the federal
statutes to decide is this depiction
intended to be sexual is it intended to
be erotic is intended
i would think cheeky shorts and sports

opinion and that's why and that's why
when you look at the context and how
it's presented
that's really where the main problem
regardless of whether it actually
crosses the legal threshold of child
pornography
or csam in those particular issues is

is this the kind of thing that we are
encouraging children to engage in sexual
materials
now i know what the rebuttals have been
right the rebuttals have been well it's
actually a critique of that
it's actually saying we don't think that
these young women should be doing it
so we showed a bunch of it oh but don't
worry the parents were horrified when
they watched it

we should be casting call
yeah well literally this is like during
the actual films
but but a point quarter black made this
point earlier before the show is
remember you mentioned this in the very
first uh show on on cuties when you s
when you said
650 and the director said
oh she was 651. right what where is the
film
of the 650 you mean people who
auditioned of the people who auditioned
yeah
where are all the back films of all
these different folks yeah how do you
audition
for this yeah do they just sit you down
and go like uh what are your
measurements
and she goes um i don't know i wear
uh small from kid get like she's noel
mcpherson
i mean slap it a couple times though
right right yeah exactly can you please
twerk so you think that there do you
i don't think this is political
grandstanding it seems like there's
enough there to
at least have some kind of an
investigation absolutely i think the
investigation is warranted

face of the initial

young people into nursing homes but the

should we do

society and help
older people and sick people stay home
but because we need a politically grand
stand because we need to go out there
with the optics and say hey look we've
flattened the curve
we're going to put older people at risk
right now when we talk about women of
color
right women of color me too well we are
doing the exact
wrong thing when you demonize officers
who are responding to
calls of either serial rapists or sexual
abusers
or people like we talked about today
lancaster currently with a knife abusing
this woman
when a woman of color calls two three
times in a row and the police officers
defend that woman who can't defend
herself by force
using force and then you say we need to
defund the police so what are we doing
we are putting people in minority
communities
most at risk to that policy same thing
right now when we're looking at children
when we talk about pornography laws
and we talk about artistic license well
you know what conservatives this is the
problem is when you don't teach sex ed
guess what they go out and
all of a sudden they they're like a kid
in a candy shop well you know what maybe
once upon a time that was a valid
argument but now you have
kids twerking and humping couches
at nine years old and you're
distributing it

anything about the protections that are

normalizing the type of it's the
industry where they have protection rife

if they're not doing anything to harm or
threaten harm or steal somebody else's

right to walk up to these officers and
attempt
to take their lives similarly nobody
who's a badged
law enforcer has that right either

has committed a crime period

deputies in compton last night is still
on the run surveillance video shows a
man dressed in black
walking to their deputy car i'd like to
say something real quick about this

they're high definition
they have a high frame rate why is
why is it that the only video that we
have of this guy doing this is grainy
like
like back in the 1970s when they
recorded the loch ness monster why is it
all blurry right here that's that's my
first question number two
we need to understand that law
enforcement has revealed
that they believe and i think there's a
supreme court
court case for this law enforcement can
employ
deceptive practices they can lie so this
is being put out by lapd they're saying
this happened
honestly guys we don't know what's
really going on here
we don't know if this is actually a real
incident
that happened or if this is uh
you know something put on to peddle the
idea that hey we need to start
protecting law enforcement officers
right now it's kind of a push back for
the blm
antifa movement a man dressed in black

their vehicle in what appeared to be a

pulls the trigger and fires the weapon
inside their vehicle and would have been

standing on the street you would think
that once this firearm
was discharged this person would try to
duck you know that's usually the first
reaction of an individual and and i
would say they're what
30 40 feet max away from this right here
so that uh that discharge weapon is
going to be pretty loud
it seems like this person would just
duck and maybe start running real fast

watch the reaction of this individual
right here when that gun supposedly
fires
the deputies were parked sitting inside
their vehicle in what appeared to be a
well-lit area
nonchalantly walking away so that's
that's a question number two i have
about this video
very close to their own sheriff's
station they were alert enough
right after the shooting to radio in
their own help their department tweeting
they are both still fighting for their
lives and in critical condition
those deputies were identified as a 31
year old mother of a six year old
and a 24 year old man they were if
that's true that that's sad
apparently they were also uh fresh out
of the academy i think 14 months out of
the academy
both just sworn in 14 months ago
according to the sheriff
now the president has tweeted about the
incident and the fbi is also now
offering its help with finding the
suspect
it's going to be hard to find that
suspect when all you have story all
right
the deputies were grainy video like this
the guy will probably
never be found i'm just wondering if
it's a legit
story did this really happen are those
officers really hurt that's the question
i have i'm not making any assertions
i'm just asking questions here so it's

there was a two deputies who were
ambushed
by a gunman in a cowardly fashion
they were no different from what cops
across the country do
every single day we have video after
video
evidence upon evidence to show that cops
commit cowardly acts
just like this every single day on
men women children black white it
doesn't matter
so we have the blue line cult the blue
line gang
complaining that they were victims of
gang activity
both critically injured multiple gunshot
wounds they are currently
being treated for at the hospital so
we want everyone to have a prayer for
them for their recovery

villanueva sheriff villanueva here and

in all law enforcement all across the

specifically though la county i just
want to speak to la county sheriff's
department
these people are criminals and there's
only one piece of evidence that i need
to give you to prove that these people
are criminals
the l.a county sheriff's department
enacts
